for training period are published. We have welcomed some pilots from DNK at the airfield already so those of you who arrived earlier you may use this airspace for training flights. It may change a bit for the competition so stay tuned for further news.

so prepare yourself! First of all no worries about volcanic ash - there is no limitation of VFR flights here and we think that this panic will end soon (same like SARS and bird flu etc.). Last year there were some people who did not bring their notebook computers with them - so if you have one, please take it with you. You will need it for downloading flight record files and uploading them via this web site. There will be one desktop computer in Aeroclub club room but to avoid queues just bring your own. There will be wi-fi coverage in the camp so you can check early how brilliantly you have flown and won - you know we publish preliminary results earlier than you manage to order your first debriefing beer. Turnpoints will come next days and we have another sponsor for best pilots. See you all Friday 30th at the welcome drink.
